Two questions about teaching native English speakers:

1.  A few years ago I came across bounded topics and ideas compiled by I think 
Rachelle Azran for teaching native English speakers.  Does anybody know if that 
is still around?

2.  There used to be tests on posted for native English speakers to determine 
if they were able to be in the classes.  Are those still posted?
