Absolutely not, and there shouldn't be conflicting answers.  In fact,
teachers are not allowed to tutor students who attend the school in which
the teacher works regardless of whether or not the student is in the
teacher's class.  This is written in  the magazine with our 
rights"×?×?×?×?ת×?×?",
that's sent to us every year.  So the answer to your question is an
unequivocal NO.
