Hi all,
As many of you know, I often have trouble keeping up with everything being
sent to me to put up on the ETNI site.
Therefore, I am working on setting up the necessary tools to allow things to
move much more quickly.
The new ETNI Advertisement Board - http://www.etni.org/phpbb/ - is designed
to do just this.
This board will soon replace the web pages in the ETNI Job section, as well
as the Courses, Conferences, Events and New Publications pages. There will
soon be a direct link to the new board from all of these sections. The board
is separated into the relevant topics. If you feel that an advertisement
topic is missing. please let me know..
From now on, you will be able to post your advertisements directly on the
ETNI site through the Advertisement Board. I will monitor the board daily
and remove those entries which shouldn't be there (spam, etc.). There is
also the option to report unwanted entries. If I see that there is too much
spam up on the board, I will change it into a moderated board.
You can post your advertisement either as a guest (with no need to log into
the board), or as a member (after logging in).
The advantage of posting as a member is that you can later edit your entry
or delete it when it is no longer relevant.
I have been working hard in setting up the board, after installing it on the
ETNI site, and it is a learning experience. Please point out things that you
think can be improved.
Please bookmark the board URL -
http://www.etni.org/phpbb
and you are already welcome to post your advertisments there.
David
