[etni] The Irgun - WOW!

The reason I asked for the phone number of the Irgun was that I received no 
"card" for the Pesach present last year (which I didn't know about until 
quite a while afterwards as I am on pension) so I was of course not able to 
add this year's Pesach money.  I must tell you how impressed I am with the 
Irgun.  When I phoned the Tel Aviv number, I was answered by a real voice! 
And the real voice, without listing a thousand options, gave me the Haifa 
number to phone.  Again, in Haifa, I was answered by a real voice and after 
just a few questions, not options, I was transferred to another real voice 
who took down the relevant information.  This voice told me it would take 
about a month to receive my card and without asking, gave me her name and 
phone number and told me to phone back after I received my card if I should 
have any problems.  WOW! Did our Israeli education system really produce 
such intelligent human beings?  I'm impressed!
