[etni] Special Testing - a question

Dear List,
In my school we have classes of Shiloov (Special Ed pupils). One of their 
teachers is trying to find out the following:

1. Is there a special test for these kids in English (as most of them would 
find even the one point difficult)?

2. Do they get any special Hakalot (beyond the LD ones)?
