[etni] Semi-formal letter?

Last minute confirmation:

A semi-formal letter (Mod. D) contains:

1) Sender's address 2) Date 3) Opening 4) Closing

Do I have that right? Or can the students simply use the informal letter format (i.e. date, opening, closing)?

Thanks,

Tzvi

P.S. Please forgive me if this has been thrashed out already- I had put my subscription on hold and I can't find any list archives.
