[etni] Retaking the Bagrut

Hello list,
 
This question has been asked before, but the answer hasn't been posted on the 
list yet: 
if a person took the Bagrut exam 3 -4 years ago in the old format, and wants to 
retake it in order to improve his grade this winter, which format will he take 
- the old one or the new one???
 
Also, I'd appreciate knowing whether the winter Bagrut will have a formal 
letter format in the writing assignment, and what has been decided regarding 
the semi-formal letter.
