[etni] Number of English lessons a week?

My school asked me to find official information about the required number of 
weekly hours in English. I recall seeing something about that online, but was 
unable to find anything either on the English Inspectorate site or on the 
general MOE site. So if anyone can point me to an official document on the 
subject, I'd really appreciate it.
