[etni] Re: North opts out of English-teacher training program

The obvious solution to the English teacher shortage is to move all the 
ministry people (directors, inspectors, secretaries, cleaners, hangers-on, 
etc.) into the classrooms to actually teach while their positions could be 
filled with hi-techies given a four week unplanned miracle course.  Good for 
you North.
