[etni] Re: New English Teachers

I have a suggestion for the ministry. How about giving experienced, highly 
qualified English teachers who have a teaching degree and certificate from the 
U.S.A. a license to teach here in Israel! Maybe this sounds too simplistic, but 
I'm still waiting for mine.
