[etni] Native Speakers

Hi all,
I am having trouble finding some of the old native speaker links and
contacts (been out of the business for awhile:-)

Can people tell me:
1. Where is the courseware for Native Speakers--the links on ETNI aren't
working, so apparently they have been removed (?) Does anyone have
copies of the old info?

2.  Is there a voluntary network of English speaker teachers around the
country?  If so, can someone send a contact?

3. Does someone have Richard Steinitz's e-mail?
