[etni] More HOT issues

Thanks to Barry.S for taking some of the sting out of bitter pill that's name 
is HOTS and LOTS.

What I find particularly disturbing is that my colleagues cannot write openly 
on a public forum for fear of reprisals, retribution or whatever other re comes 
to mind.

What a sad old state of affairs when people are actually afraid to openly 
criticise their employer.

Apart from the whole debacle I find this, the most worrying. Never mind the 
fact that amongst all the academic gobbledeguck from the creators of the HOTS 
and LOTS do we find a mention of the extra work teachers will be asked to do.
