[etni] Modular Bagrut - the struggle continues

 I eventually sent letters to Ronit Tirosh etc. expressing complete 
dissatisfaction with Judy Steiner's reply about the summer modular bagrut.
I also sent a letter to Bracha Maziel of the Irgun, asking for her assistance.
I'll inform the list about any further development.
