[etni] Ministry response to Dovrat?

The question has been raised by some of the ETNI members if the Ministry has 
responded to Mr.Dovrat's recommendations on Bagrut and English education in 
Israel. Perhaps we should ask Judy Steiner directly. Perhaps she would like to 
respond directly on this list in English for all of us to read, digest and 
debate.
