I am not expressing any opinion here about the Meitzav exam, however -
About 70% of our eighth graders usually finish the entire Meitzav in
about an hour and ten minutes time. In other words, they have 20
minutes to spare. Our scores are approx the same as the national
average so our school is obviously averave. The other 30% find the
exam rather difficult and usually don't attempt the advanced reading
comp or the longer writing task.
