Fruma,
the Meitzav results reflect on the SCHOOL, not on the ministry! 
And if everyone does badly, it means that the TEACHERS are at fault, not the 
ministry. 
Never the ministry.

  WHY???

  I firmly believe that this should be a  true reflection of what education 
students are getting in their  overcrowded classes

  with cut back hours and overtired  (but super dedicated) and almost burnt out 
 underpaid and underappreciated teachers . 

  Let the Ministry see the real picture and wake up and smell the coffee. 
There's a reason new teachers are non existent!!

  There's a reason our national test scores are going down annually.

  As we said last year during the strike:

  çéðåê æåì òåìä áéå÷ø

  Just wait and they will be forced to finally see the truth!
