I teach six classes and work 25 frontal hours.  Each class uses a different
book. Five of the classes are in the Jr. High, two of which are special ed, one
is ometz, one is an 8th grade class with 41 going on more kids and one is a 9th
grade class with 39 kids.  The cherry on the cake is a 3 pt 11th class with
iyuni (not Mabar) kids so it is made up of the three or four very weakest,
misbehaved and most frustrated kids from all the iyuni classes in the school.
My salary this year is decent because I still have a "misrat em"  so I get 10%
added on to the salary, but I have neither the time nor the paticence to be much
of an "em."  If I survive the school year, I hope to forget the word "yes" so
that I will never, ever be able to agree to take a load like this on.  If
Livnat's plan means that everyone will work like this, there won't be any
teachers left in the system.  We will be occupying the hospitals for the
mentally ill -- the ones that haven't yet been closed.
