[etni] Re: LD sanctions

The Irgun rep who visited our school yesterday addressed this issue.  She
says it's all part of the larger picture - and is also related to the fact
that:
 1) Not everyone got the strike money even though the hours were returned
and 2) The gov has completely violated the agreement that was reached,
despite court orders to fulfill it.
