In answer to the question of how to join the Irgun..
First of all, there is a site on the Internet..you can even write in Irgun 
Hamorim in English..for updates/telephone numbers...
Second of all, you can call directly:

or to send a FAX: 03-5667704
They will give you the info you need..and send you the forms to sign if you 
wish to join. 
I moved from the Histadrut (after reading about the details of the "reform"). 
The whole process takes about a week..
