1) You asked where the project is in the yearly - yes that is the Magen - mark 
given this year to 11th and 12th grade students. According to the Ministry, 
it's actually NOT supposed to go into the magen grade, but only into the 
end-of-term report card grade. Of  course, one way to get around this is to 
include the project in the 80% given to classwork, homework etc., since isn't 
that what the project is? And yes, as ridiculous as it may seem, I believe that 
at the moment you are correct that a student doing the Bagrut examination in 
winter 2006 would have the project included in his grade, as compared to his 
classmates who took the exam in summer 2005. Perhaps Judy can enlighten us 
further on that point...  
 
2) As for the oral exam for students who start with E and then decide to do C 
and D rather than F and G, this is not a problem. The wording in the handbook 
was changed from doing the oral exam with the "last module" to doing it with 
the "final module" - which means that the student takes his oral exam whenever 
he takes the module which completes his full level of Bagrut - no matter if 
that's C, D or E.
