Subject: discussing new ideas
The Board of Education/English Ministry should discuss new ideas with
the majority of the current high school English teachers before making
changes in the curriculum and get OUR opinion, not text book writers,
college professors, advisors, city inspectors or others who are not in
the high school classroom on a daily basis. WE should be the ones to
agree with or veto a new idea. I am sick and tired of being told, "The
teachers we spoke with were all for this new idea."
