Subject: teaching license
Hi a friend of mine just made Aliyah. He has a teaching licence from Canada
and needs to be certified here. I told him to call the Ministry but they
never seem to return his calls. Can somebody please direct me to the
appropriate office or tell me where he can get the courses he needs. He is
already exempt from the English course and Tanach. He lives in Jerusalem.
