Hello everyone,

I am sure you have all already experienced this year the pain of sitting hours during staff meetings.
I am trying to convince our principal that we should try and find a more efficient way of runnig those meetings.
I do have an idea of my own but before I put it into writing I'd like to hear from you how those meetings are run in your school, how long does it take to 'discuss' a whole class, do all the teachers participate, etc.
