Hi Hedy and Everyone,

There is nothing wrong with the English teacher giving his or
her written opinion on a student's accomodations.   In fact,
if my memory serves me correctly, there is a printed form
for just that purpose somewhere on www.anglit.net.

However,  Hedy's point is that the English staff has been
asked to read and assess the student's didactic (and what
about those with a psychological?) evaluation.
This is illegal here in Israel.  Only the school counsellor
and psychologist have legal access to this document.
Anyone else has to receive permission from the parents
to view such a document.
