I agree with Zahava.  The most effective way to end the strike is to closse 
down all the schools for a few days -- from gan to high school.   -- no one 
send their kids to school -- no one teach  -- solidarity between every one !! 
Maybe we could start with English teachers  -- we choose a day and everyone who 
is still teaching is sick that day -- maybe it will be infectious???

  i would like to suggest the the elementary school teachers join the strike. i 
believe this would truly put the pressure on the powers that be and thereby end 
to the strike. how long could the country agree to be paralyzed then?
