I have no idea what really happened, of course, but I found the quote at the
end of the article very disturbing. The principal claims that there was "no
violent incident" and then claims that there was "only verbal violence".
"Only"??? So I guess if a kid calls a teacher a bunch of names and curses
at her and maybe threatens to kill her, it's relatively "ok" and the teacher
shouldn't make a big deal about it. I wonder what would happen if the
situation were reversed (i.e. if a teacher were to behave that way towards a
student).
