Actually, the tape works but since it is " technology" there hax to be back
up.  There should be other tape recorders in the school because of the
listening comprehension. Also, the student should practice so that if it
happens that the tape recorder doesn't work he will have experienced it
previously  and wont fall aprt as much.
In addition, the problem with the rewriting of the examination is that
1. it is a manpower issue,
2. It is very difficult to know how much the rewriter fixed
3. .Often, when the student records his/her answers, he says it correctly
while when he writes, the language is negatively affected due to dysgraphia
and lags in attention, among other things.
