In answer to teachers who have found difficulty in doing projects without
the Internet, may I suggest that they try the UNICEF Projects.

The UNICEF Manual (and similar CD) has texts which students can work on
without the teacher having to prepare a lot of material. The texts are
adaptable for different levels. The manual  is available at the UNICEF
office, Israel Committee for UNICEF, POB 8409, Jerusalem 91083. Tel. 02
5662619 at a small cost.

The UNICEF project can be used for the Bagrut, and students who prepare
portfolios are awarded the UNICEF Students Diploma.
