Did you know that by joining the Histadrut you have agreed to work based on
the new reform agreement? So don't blame anyone when you have to work more
years (Sabbaticals will no longer credit you with "SHNAT vetek". Or when you 
are not allowed to accumulate "Gmulei Ishtalmut", Or when you don't get
"Ma'anak Yovel (3000 shekel a year) after 30 years of "vetek". Or when you
get payed only 25% of an hour for substituting. Or when you no longer have
"shaot hinuch" or :Shaot gil" so you actually work more hours. Or when you
find out that your pension is actually much lower than your monthly income
because the additional salary is not included in your pension. Or when you
find out at the end of the month that your salary has increased but the
money you get per hour has dropped considerably. Then you will probably want 
to strike but you will be told that according to the new agreement you have
agreed not to strike ever again.

I only regret that when the Irgun signs an agreement the Istadrut teachers,
including you. will benefit
