I find the declaration they attached very insulting as
a. they included only the first page of the declaration which says near to
nothing! Where is all the rest? What are they trying to hide?
b. It is in such poor quality. They couldn't find the original that they had
to use a fax version?!

It only shows how "important" we are in their eyes.
