Dear Barry and all,

I believe there is a serious misunderstanding by some teachers.
Hozer Mancal specifically states that the student is not entitled to a Tsiun
Shnati, unless the Moatsa Pedagogit approves his/her grades. It never talks
about denying the student the right to take an exam. The following link
