Barry says:
As there are some qualified and talented teachers teaching without licences,
the inspectors must make it top priority to help them.
As we know, you can't get anything done through any ministry without them
losing your file at least 3 times and calling you in for appointments but
omitting to tell you about essential documents you need.
This can't be changed as the current pkeedeem are the grandchildren of the
ones I first knew.
As I indicated previously, there are some horrible licensed teachers out
there who have the paper but are disasters; surely where there is a case of
a talented and qualified teacher who can hold a class, we must help them.
If we can spend thousands on new teachers who may not even stay in the
system, we can certainly help a few teachers with their Hebrew requirement.
