Hello Dvori,
I'm sorry but you are wrong.
The students who are going to take the new F module are the ones who are now
in the 10th grade and as native speakers will take the bagrut in the 11th
grade (i.e next year).
The other students , the Israelis who are now in the 10th grade can also sit
for the new F next year if you choose to have them beging with it instead of
with module E.
