Hi Fruma, sorry for not writing earlier, I was sure you'd be bombarded by mails... Anyhow, I had the same problem in July although I had returned ervy single second of the strike hours. I spoke to the Irgun and to the ministry clerk. She told me that school had not given an accurate report about my hours and that is why they took of the percentage of my annual misra. What you have to do is the following: Call the ministry, find out how many hours school has reported and how many you were supposed to return according to the ministry's calculation (not necessarily the same as your school's calculations...) Then go back to your school and tell them to report the missing hours. One of the major problems was that we were told to report only frontal hours but at the end the ministry wanted to get a report of all the hours (including shaot tafkid etc.).
