Well, if you look in the agreement you'll see that there is no mention made
at all of high school teachers, only elementary and junior high school
teachers.   For example, there is no mention at all of Gmuli Bagrut, which I
assume would be provided for in the (unlikely) event that we agree to the
Reform.
