You come to the Tidruch, unless this is your first time marking. If you are
a new marker, you have to go before the Tidruch, to the Marvad, for some
"training". The date and time should be on the letter you got. I can't
imagine that we'll be finished before the end of July! Perhaps if you are
marking the 4 points.. they seem to finish earlier than the 5 point markers
(or maybe I'm wrong). You should definitely speak to Tali, the head of the
senior markers and tell her about your upcoming trip,

What is meant by "klita" - is this on the day of the tidruch and at the
same
place? Do we have to go to the Marvad first and then on to Givat Shmuel? I
found the letter both confusing and unclear.
Also - if any senior examiners "in the know" are reading this - will we
finish marking by 24th July? I am going to England on this date and I don't
know whether I will be able to finish in time.
