This info. I got from the U.S. Embassy: the site is:
www.overseasvotefoundation.org.
I filled out the form and faxed it to them with
a signature and then must mail the original hardcopy. Or there's a voting
event in Ranana on Wed. from 4-6 at 14 Achuza St. You must have your social
security number.

BTW, on the form, they listed all kinds of professions alphabetically, but
no "teacher"!!! So I clicked OTHER!
Well, I guess this on-line registration stuff is pretty new, so they should
get the kinks out of it in 4 more years.
