I live in Upper Galilee--near Tsfat. I am interested in completing my
certification.  I have a BA and Teaching certificate from Canada, and the
English methodology courses for the Israeli license, from Open Univ., which
I took  after having made aliyah.
 I want to complete the EFL after degree certificate as offered in Gordon
College, which is more than the license, but am wondering if there is a
similar course closer to home. Is Gordon College the only place to offer
these methodology courses in English? I need to know really soon!  As the
Ministry is on sanctions, I have no way of finding this out. Can you help?
