I was quite surprised that some schools in this day and age don't have internet. I definitely understand the problem of doing projects and would hope that your inspectors aid in some way.

As for the kids not even having skills to do research projects in Hebrew, I find this is true and think it's a real crime. . So it's good that we can teach them as these are skills they will need in the future.. (well the ones who go on to University) .

About copy and pasting : A year or so ago we had a girl come back from two years in the States.. .. She brought some of her work in to show us. One was a project she'd done. I read it and , was shocked as it was ALL copy and paste and the grade was 100 from her English teacher there !!!!

I work very hard so that my kids don't just "copy and paste" and also take off points if they do.. I also return work and make them rewrite it. I would rather it be short and in their own words than two pages of copied and pasted stuff.

So I suppose our work goes on . and we shouldn't think that only in Israel kids copy and paste !!!
