Subject: phonics and learning question
Good morning,
Those of us who were at the ETNI summer conference were exposed to several
new methods for teaching English to young learners using phonics. There was
Jolly Phonics and Helen Doron school of language. Does anyone know anything
about the Helen Doron school? Does her program really work for both second
language and native speakers of English? It is seems rather expensive also.
Whereas Jolly phonics is more reasonably priced. Please respond to the ETNI
list. I would also request (not to be rude) that teachers and parents
respond not anyone who works for either Helen Doron or Jolly Phonics.
Daniel
