Do you know how things in real life don't always look they way they do on the Internet?

My family from the States is coming to visit and they want to stay at a certain place in Zichron Yaakov. It sounds good but who knows, nobody I know has heard of it.
Is there anyone out there familiar with area that I could talk to?
