There is a misunderstanding about the recent chozer mankal concerning who 
can take students to the new lit program.

If I understood directly (after an exchange of letter with Judy Steiner), 
the directive that only teachers who have taken the hishtalmut can take kids 
to D and F only  applies to 11th and 12th graders this year, and 12th 
graders next year - the kids who are doing it while the old system is still 
going - apparently kids in the pilot.

There is no such directive concerning the general population - 10th graders.

Hope I got it right this time.
