If your English speakers only get 2 out of the 4 required
hours, this is not just our problem but the kids' and the
parents' problem too.
Wait till the year starts and see what happens when the
parents find out that their little darlings will be getting
50% of the normal study hours in an important subjects. I
suggest you sit back and watch the fireworks.
