Hi All,

 For the record, I phoned the Irgun this morning to find out if there exists 
a signed agreement regarding project work. According to Nurit, there is. 
However, she noted that the "The Times They Are a-Changin" (I don't think 
she knows Bob Dylan's song) and the Irgun has decided to reopen the 
agreement. Hence, the sanctions.

This is the nitty-gritty of it all. I'm not taking a stand here, just 
reporting!
