FYI - i participated in the etai conference last summer and never received
the gmul. i spoke to etai, i spoke to the ministry. nothing! and i'm not
alone!!! etai claims that whoever participates in the summer receives a
gmul, which they are saying again this year. so why aren't we getting any
help from them?
