Hi -
I've adopted the idea read first on ETNI, of giving my class the opportunity to write wishes, and decorate "autograph albums" ( actually small blank unlined notebooks). Approximately half of the girls are leaving the school and starting 9th grade in an ulpana or ulpanit setting. As a kibbutz, regional school, these girls have been together since 1st grade and I've been teaching them for the past two years. I remember my autograph album when I finished elementary school (8th grade). Among the things we wrote were cute little rhymes, most of which I've forgotten( ex. " You are 2 good - 2 be -4 gotten
or "I love you, I love you, I love you I do. But don't get excited, I love monkeys too.)
Does anyone out there know of a site on the web with those rhymes? I'm sure they're out there somewhere.
