Here's a question that i have to ask every few years because i have no idea 
where i put the answer:

How do I make the 'neekood' appear under Hebrew letters, such as 'eh' 'ah' 
oo and 'ee'?

It has something to do with holding something down and backspacing, but i 
don't remember what.
