I am stuck in a Catch 22 situation.  I can't get a job because I haven't
taken the teaching license course (Teudat Hora?).  Although I am not a new
immigrant (I'm here 4 years), isn't there a way I can take this course
without paying 10,000 sheckels.  Also, can I take it over the internet?  I
have been teaching English for 3 full years.  Any help you can offer will be
appreciated.
