How does this new agreement effect us as English teachers and more 
specifically can anyone tell me how we benefit from the following statement 
from the Jerusalem Post?
The agreement reportedly includes a salary increase for teachers of 8.5 
percent in exchange for two more classroom hours per week and extra time 
teaching small groups of pupils and performing other activities. The deal 
also includes an enhanced status of school principals and reduced class 
sizes, the extent  which was still unclear.
