The Irgun gave/ is giving 400 ( I typed by mistake 40 shekels :) because
THEY are also giving retirees the gift, while the Histadrut is giving a
hefty 550 to working teachers, but NONE to teachers on pension despite the
fact they are still paying dues.
My apologies for the mistake!
